Who we are

deslopped.com analyzes websites for signs of AI-generated design and produces a report with suggested fixes.

What we collect

• –The URL you submit and a capture of that publicly accessible page: screenshots, page structure, and computed styles. These are stored for up to 30 days and then deleted.
• –Your email address, only if you choose to leave it, linked to the report you left it on.
• –A hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses in our database.
• –Standard server logs kept by our hosting providers for security and debugging.

We do not set cookies. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate page views and product events. It does not identify you personally and does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

• –To generate and display your report.
• –To email you about our site-fixing service, if you asked us to. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• –To keep the service available and prevent abuse.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who processes it

• –Vercel (USA) hosts the website.
• –Supabase (EU region) stores reports, screenshots, and email signups.
• –Umami processes anonymous analytics events (page views and product events) for us.
• –OpenAI (USA) receives screenshots and page content of the submitted site to perform the analysis. It does not receive your email address.

Report visibility

Reports and their screenshots are visible to anyone who has the report link. Links are long random IDs and are not listed publicly, but treat a report URL as shareable.

Retention

Reports and captures expire 30 days after creation. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Email hello@deslopped.com and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting emails we send will be announced in those emails.
